This document is provided for general information. Voltera Global may update it; please contact support with any questions.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They let the site recognise your browser between page loads, for example to keep you signed in.
2. Cookies we use
Voltera Global ("we") sets only two cookies. Both are strictly necessary: the Website and member panel cannot work securely without them. Their contents are encrypted.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
energionx_session | Session cookie. It keeps you signed in after your wallet signature, keeps a form's state between pages, and remembers a wallet you have just verified during registration. | 120 minutes after your last activity, or until you sign out |
XSRF-TOKEN | Security cookie. It protects forms and requests against cross-site request forgery (CSRF), so that other sites cannot act in your name. | Same as the session |
Both are first-party cookies set by www.volteraglobal.eu. They are not used for tracking, profiling or advertising, and they are not shared with anyone.
3. What we do not use
- No advertising or retargeting cookies.
- No third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics) and no tracking pixels.
- No social-media tracking widgets.
If we ever want to add non-essential cookies, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
4. Third-party content
The Website loads fonts from Google Fonts, and the member panel loads style libraries from the cdnjs content network (Cloudflare). Your browser connects to these providers to download the files, so they receive your IP address and technical request data under their own policies. We do not use them to set tracking cookies. External links, for example to mempool.space, Global Solar Atlas or wallet apps, take you to sites with their own cookie policies.
5. Wallets
Your wallet app or browser extension works separately from our cookies. We do not read or store anything from your wallet other than your public address and the signatures you choose to give.
6. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Because we only use strictly necessary cookies, blocking them will stop sign-in and forms from working. Deleting them signs you out. In a wallet app's built-in browser, cookies are usually cleared from the wallet's settings (clear browser data or cache).
