The rules for using the Voltera Global website and member platform. Please read them before you register.

This document is provided for general information. Voltera Global may update it; please contact support with any questions.

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of www.volteraglobal.eu (the "Website") and the Voltera Global member platform (the "Platform"), provided by Voltera Global ("we", "us", "our"). By registering, signing in or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if that is higher.
  • You must be allowed to use a service like this under the laws of your country. Some countries restrict crypto-asset, mining or referral-based services. It is your responsibility to check your local rules, and to declare and pay any taxes due on your transactions and incomes.
  • You must not use the Platform if you are subject to sanctions, or on behalf of anyone who is.
  • You must use the Platform for yourself, with your own funds and your own wallet.

3. Your account and wallet

  • Your account is tied to one crypto-wallet address on BNB Smart Chain. That address is your public member ID, your login and your payout address. A wallet address can belong to only one account.
  • You sign in by signing a message with your wallet. You alone are responsible for your wallet, its recovery phrase and your devices. Anyone who controls your wallet controls your account. We cannot recover a lost wallet or reverse actions taken with it.
  • The details you give (name, e-mail, mobile number) must be true and your own. Profile details can be edited once in the member panel. Later changes, including moving the account to another wallet, are handled through support after verification.
  • Registration is free. A sponsor wallet address is required, and a placement can be given within the sponsor's team.

4. EGX and platform wallets

  • Amounts inside the Platform are recorded in EGX, an internal accounting unit where 1 EGX = 1 USDT. EGX is not a cryptocurrency or token. It cannot be traded or transferred outside the Platform, and it is not a bank deposit or electronic money.
  • Energy Allocation holds funds for ASIC allocations, the Hash Boost pool and P2P transfers. The Yield wallet holds credited incomes, which can be moved to Energy Allocation or taken out as a Yield Settlement.
  • Platform balances do not earn interest.

5. Deposits

  • Deposits are accepted in USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20), sent from your linked wallet to the company deposit address shown in the member panel. They are credited to Energy Allocation after the required block confirmations, for the exact amount confirmed on-chain.
  • Sending another token, using another network, or sending from a different wallet may mean the transfer is not credited automatically. It may even be impossible to recover. Contact support with the transaction hash, and we will help where it is technically possible, without any obligation to do so.
  • Network (gas) fees are paid by you to the blockchain network.

6. Packages

  • Packages are bought with EGX from Energy Allocation, in the minimum amounts and multiples shown in the member panel. Your first package activates your ID, and further packages are re-top-ups.
  • With each package you choose an ASIC machine profile from the catalogue. It is the reference profile your package is linked to and reported against. Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, a package does not give you ownership of, or title to, a specific physical machine. Machine specifications shown are the manufacturer's rated values.
  • Once a package is confirmed, its amount is allocated to it. The Platform does not provide a way to cancel a package or return its amount to Energy Allocation.
  • Each package has an income cap, a multiple of its amount shown in the member panel. When all of your packages have reached their caps, capped incomes stop until you buy a new package.

7. Dividends and incomes

  • Mining Yield and the network incomes (Solar Hash Bonus, Welcome Bonus, Green Hash Reward, Solar Growth Dividend, Weekly Mining Yield and Hash Boost Bonus) are calculated under the rules published in the member panel at the time. They are credited at the automatic closing.
  • No income is guaranteed. Rates, tiers, charges, minimums and other plan settings may be changed by us, including daily dividend rates. Changes apply from the time they take effect and do not reduce amounts already credited, except as set out in the next point.
  • If an amount is credited by mistake (for example because of a technical error or a transaction that was later found invalid), we may correct or reverse it.
  • Incomes linked to referrals depend on real purchases by real members. Creating accounts with false details, in other people's names, or only to trigger bonuses is not allowed.

8. Internal transfers

Transfers from the Yield wallet to Energy Allocation, and P2P transfers of EGX to another member, are carried out under the minimums and charges shown on the transfer page. Check the receiver's wallet address and name carefully. Completed transfers are final.

9. Yield Settlements

  • You can request a Yield Settlement from your Yield wallet, subject to the minimum amount and the settlement charge shown on the page before you confirm.
  • Requests are reviewed and, once approved, the net amount is paid in USDT (BEP20) to the wallet connected to your account. Payment to any other address is not possible.
  • Processing times can vary. Payouts may be delayed or refused for security checks, suspected fraud or misuse, legal requirements, or when a payout provider or the blockchain network is unavailable. A cancelled request is returned to your Yield wallet.
  • Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed once sent. We are not responsible for losses caused by a wallet you no longer control.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use funds from illegal activity, or use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion or fraud;
  • misrepresent Voltera Global, promise guaranteed or fixed returns to others, or use misleading, spam or high-pressure methods to recruit members;
  • impersonate Voltera Global, its staff or other members, or ask anyone for their recovery phrase or private keys;
  • attack, probe, overload or scrape the Website or its APIs, bypass rate limits or security measures, or use bots to interact with the Platform;
  • upload unlawful, offensive or infringing content to the gallery or support tickets.

11. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or block an account, restrict functions, or refuse transactions where we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken, where required by law, or to protect members and the Platform. Accounts that were registered but never activated may be blocked after a period of inactivity. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Contact support about any remaining balance, which will be handled under these Terms.

12. Third-party services

The Platform relies on third parties we do not control. These include wallet software, BNB Smart Chain and other blockchains, payout and payment providers, hosting, and public data sources such as mempool.space. Their availability, fees and terms are their own. Network and solar data shown on the Website comes from public sources and is provided for information only.

13. Intellectual property

The Website, the Platform, and the Voltera Global name, logo, texts and designs belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to use the Platform. Third-party data remains subject to its providers' licences.

14. Disclaimers

The Website and Platform are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing on the Website is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Calculators, estimates and live network data are for information only.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or opportunity. We are also not liable for losses caused by:

  • market movements;
  • changes in Bitcoin network difficulty or prices;
  • blockchain or wallet failures;
  • third-party services;
  • unauthorised use of your wallet;
  • events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the current version, and significant changes will be announced on the Website or in the member panel. If you continue to use the Platform after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Voltera Global's place of establishment. This does not affect any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact support so we can try to resolve the matter amicably.

18. General

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force. If we do not enforce a right, we have not waived it. You may not transfer your account or these Terms to anyone else without our consent.
